How do I cancel my appointment?

You can cancel you quote appointment by contacting us via email or through phone. Our contact information is on the bottom of the page. 

Do we accept credit or debit cards?

Currently we are not accepting credit cards and take our payments through cash or check. 

Do I have to pay the day of the job?

The client can pay up to 14 days after the job has been completed. Dont feel pressured to have all the money the day of the job. It common for us not to get paid the same day we finish the job. 

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes we are licensed and insured. We are more than happy to provide the documentation to the client if they ask to see them.

How do you handle stump removal?

Stump removal is done with a medium sized machine that we wheel into the site. We grind the stump about 1 feet down into the dirt and grind all the roots that may be protruding through the surface around it. It important to note the the machine is wide and needs to be relatively stable. This means that stumps that are on steep inclines or hard to reach places, we will not be able to grind.
